Choose Daddy & Me or Mommy & Me, your child’s age range, a story world, a tone, and a length. Add a favorite interest, an adventure companion, a value to explore, and one imaginative spark.

The details become clues, characters, and turning points throughout the story—not just a name placed into a generic paragraph.

2. Read a short story glimpse

Each chapter begins with a readable glimpse sized for the age range you selected. Use the read-aloud button when you want the browser to narrate, or read it in your own voice.

3. Ask the most important question

What should happen next? Choose one of the prepared paths or let your child say or type an original idea. That choice carries into the next chapter, so the child is participating in the story instead of only listening to it.

4. Read, listen, print, or keep it

When the final chapter is complete, read the whole story on screen, listen aloud, download a keepsake file, save it as a PDF, or print it. The finished story includes every chapter and the choices you made together.
