Faith is optional, not assumed

The faith setting begins off. When a grown-up turns it on, the story may include brief moments of prayer, trust, gratitude, or wonder. The goal is warmth and reflection—not a sermon inserted into every chapter.

Choose one value to carry through the adventure

Courage, kindness, patience, honesty, generosity, responsibility, forgiveness, gratitude, hope, and teamwork can shape the decisions a character faces. The value becomes meaningful through action: repairing a mistake, listening to a friend, telling the truth, or staying steady when the path is uncertain.

Questions to ask after the story

Which choice took the most courage?
Who noticed someone else’s need?
What changed after a character told the truth?
Where did the character find hope?
What would you pray about if you were in the story?

Keep the conversation in your family’s voice

A generated story should open a conversation, not finish it. Parents and caregivers can pause, explain, reword, skip, or expand any moment so it fits the family’s tradition and the child in front of them.
